Women and girls are agents of change
Over the past decades, the global community has made a lot of effort in inspiring and engaging women in science. Yet there is still a lot of progress to be made. A major theme on this international day is recognising women and girls in science, not only as beneficiaries but also as agents of change.

Supporting Women Through Fairtrade
Fairtrade supports women to participate equally in agriculture, earn better wages and diversify their income and opportunities. Fairtrade Standards are designed to prevent gender inequality, increase female participation and empower more women and girls to access the benefits of Fairtrade.
Child Labour: This is how we are taking action
Here is something we want you to know: children below the age of 15 are not employed by Fairtrade organisations. Make a pledge: We are asking you to support Fairtrade by pledging to buy Fairtrade coffee. And Scale Up. We are also asking you to pledge to buy Fairtrade chocolate and coffee.
Changes to our packaging again. But why?
We have updated some of our packaging again! Now both our labels and bags are fully home compostable and we feel great about this. The new bags are a beautiful matte black and feel wonderful. This latest change is in line with our ongoing efforts to review our packaging against our own sustainability goals.
