Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday - Friday) and you will receive an email confirmation to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 7:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 2:00pm Friday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally shipped using Aramex or Australia Post. 

Orders over $120.00: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $120.00. For orders to more remote areas we recommend selecting the express shipping option at $11.95.

Order under $120.00: We offer $12.00 flat rate standard shipping Australia-wide for orders under $120.00. For orders to more remote areas we recommend selecting the express shipping option at $16.95.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
