Coffee & Food Pairing Workshop
During The Curated Plate Festival, we held our Coffee Trail Coffee and Food Pairing Masterclasses. It was an event for the senses, pairing The Sunshine Coast Coffee Blend, The Blackall Range Blend and Woodford Blend with some of the best food from the Sunshine Coast Region.
Like wine, coffee has many flavours and personalities. In this very hands-on workshop, we explored some different coffee personalities and decided what food to match them with.
We love the way friendships flourish and conversations flow over beautifully made coffee. When we get the coffee and food right, magic happens around the table and new ideas fly!
