This central Colombian certified Fairtrade Organic coffee is grown in the highlands of Saldana, Southern Tolima around 1700 - 1900 metres above sea level. ASPRASAR member producers founded the association based on their teamwork and desire to build peace and achieve progress for their community.

When we say that as part of our company values we support our coffee farming communities and the protection of the environment, we don’t ask you: ‘take our word for it’. We want those values to stand on their own and want you to be able to rely on independent third party certification. Exactly as advertised, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I don't give 5/5 lightly, but this is exactly what I've been looking for after craving Colombian coffee and struggling to find anyone who stocks it.
It has that understated sweet, nutty, fruity character I love about Colombian coffee, along with that silky mouthfeel. I'm usually skeptical of all the flowery language and buzzwords used to sell coffee, but this is genuinely good and tastes exactly as advertised.
I can't speak to the technical quality of the beans, but in terms of satisfaction, I'm very happy with it. It also doesn't feel like one of those overhyped dropshipped and white-label coffees with fancy marketing slapped on it. Definitely a 5/5 for me.
