The Espro Press is superior to the standard french press. When the coffee has been plunged, the plunger seal stops the extraction leaving perfectly extracted coffee that stays warm for hours in the insulated stainless steel vessel. Because of the filtration and ability to stop brewing with the Espro Press, you will find the cup quality to be clean and you will find you are able to brew a variety of blends and single origins retaining the various flavour profiles in the cup.
