Twilight Magic, Local Flavour & A Dash of Caffeine.

As readers will now be deliciously aware, Montville Coffee  is once again playing a starring role in the 2025 Curated Plate food festival – and what better way to kick things off than with one of the most anticipated Food Festivals of the year?

Queensland’s Sunshine Pantry Twilight Market is back on Friday 25th July at the beautiful Station Precinct in Birtinya

It’s shaping up to be an evening bursting with flavour, local pride, with some of that unbeatable hinterland energy we all love. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast, a market explorer, or just in it for the vibes, this is one of those “bring-your-friends-and-make-a-night-of-it” events.

🌅 What to Expect

From 4pm to 8pm, the precinct will transform into a wonderland of over 80 local food and drink exhibitors – showcasing everything from boutique cheeses to small-batch sauces, award-winning produce, handmade sweets, fresh local eats, and of course, some seriously sensational coffee.

That’s where we come in.

We’ll be there with our full Montville Coffee range – available for sampling and purchasing – so you can grab your favourite beans, explore something new, and chat with the team about what goes into our award-winning, ethically sourced coffees. Whether you’re a long-time Montville drinker or new to the brew, we’d love to see you.

☕ A Brew-tiful Show with Sean

And if you think coffee is just about tossing grounds into a machine and hoping for the best – you definitely need to stick around for Sean’s main stage appearance.

From 4:15pm to 4:45pm, Montville Coffee’s own Sean will be front and centre stage, delivering a brewing demonstration like no other – filled with practical, punchy tips and tricks to get your home brewing right in the sweet spot.

Last year, Sean packed out the tent with his 101 Brew Tips & Tricks in collaboration with celebrity chef Matt Golinski. This year? He’s turning it up a notch with a sensory coffee pairing experience in collaboration with the delightful Maleny Chocolate Co.

Warning: Audience participation will be highly encouraged. You just might find yourself on stage, brew gear in hand, helping Sean pull the perfect cup while he drops nuggets of gold like “Why water temp matters more than you think” and “What your grinder is really trying to tell you.”

It’s fun. It’s fast-paced. And most of all, it’s about empowering you to bring café-level coffee magic into your own kitchen.

🧡 Why We Show Up

Events like The Curated Plate remind us why we do what we do.

We’re honoured to be part of a thriving community of chefs, roasters, growers, makers, and food lovers who care deeply – not just about flavour, but about sustainability, ethics, and local connection. When you pick up a bag of Montville Coffee, you’re not just buying beans – you’re supporting organic growers, fair trade partnerships, and a region-wide movement of people who believe in doing things the right way.

We’re especially grateful to the Food & Agribusiness Network (FAN) for hosting this incredible event. FAN continues to champion producers like us, and Queensland’s Sunshine Pantry is yet another milestone in their ongoing impact – bringing people together, showcasing our region’s talent, and strengthening the fabric of our local food community.

So come say hi. Try something new. Ask us your brew questions. Join Sean on stage. Take home a bag of beans. Make a memory. Support a local legend. And drink some fine coffee while you’re at it.
