Introducing Our First-Ever Sustainability Report

At Montville Coffee, sustainability has always been more than a buzzword—it’s been a core part of who we are. From our earliest days in the hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, we’ve been guided by a belief that good coffee should do good in the world: for people, for communities, and for the planet.
Today, we’re proud (and a little nervous!) to share with you our very first Sustainability Report.

This report captures the work we’ve done over the past year to uphold our values of fairness, quality, environmental stewardship, and community connection. It’s a reflection of where we are now, what we’ve learned, and the steps we’re taking toward a more sustainable future. Whether you're a long-time customer, a fellow coffee business, or just curious about how a small roastery can make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore our report.

We’ll be honest—this is our first attempt. Like any good first brew, it’s strong in parts, and leaves us inspired to keep refining. Over the years, we’ll improve the structure and depth of our reporting, expand the data we share, and continue to hold ourselves accountable to higher standards. But for now, we hope this inaugural report gives you a transparent look at the heart of our business and the journey we’re on.
