Our most popular coffees are the Woodford Blend and the Sunshine Coast Blend. If you are looking for a big and bold espresso flavour without bitterness, choose the Woodford Blend. If you are looking for smooth and balanced, choose the Sunshine Coast Blend.

What is your strongest coffee?

The Woodford Blend and the Sumatra Premium Single Origin are our strongest coffees with intense flavour, viscosity, length and mouth feel.

What type of ground coffee should I get?

Espresso grind is for when the water is forced quickly through the coffee in an espresso machine or Moka pot. Filter grind is for when water flows through the coffee in a filter machine, V60, Chemex or Aeropress. Plunger grind is for when the ground coffee sits brewing for a long time.

What do the tasting notes mean?

Coffee is described by the amount of body (think does it feel in my mouth more like cream or milk?) and the amount of acidity (think is the flavour like bright crisp fresh fruit or like stewed fruit or like dried fruit?) Every coffee also has unique chocolate, nutty and fruity flavours.
